We are currently looking for an Accounting Associate who wants to be part of our success and join our team. If you are enthusiastic with a great attitude and looking for full time work in a professional, casual environment, then this is the place for you!
Responsibilities:
- Monthly invoicing
- Process accounts payable
- Print checks and mail upon receiving signature
- Answering vendor inquiries in place of management
- Processing of bank deposits
- Responsible for bookkeeping duties
Requirements:
- 3-5 years accounting experience
- Excellent PC skills including Intermediate Excel
- Must have excellent communications skills to interact with multiple levels of staff and management
- Must have ability to multi-task and handle high volume of varied responsibilities, accurately and professionally
- Must be very accurate and detail-oriented
